  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, delivery address.
  • Order details: items purchased, sizing, styling preferences submitted for bespoke orders.
  • Payment information: card and bank transfer payments made via Paystack are processed directly by Paystack, and we do not store your full card or bank details; where you pay by direct bank transfer to our account, we retain the transfer reference and sender details necessary to confirm and reconcile your payment.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and site usage collected via cookies and analytics.
  • Any images or measurements you voluntarily submit for bespoke styling requests.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process, track, and fulfil your orders, including bespoke and made-to-order pieces.
  • To communicate order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service responses.
  • To send marketing emails about new collections, promotions, or events, where you have opted in.
  • To improve the Site, our products, and customer experience.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. How We Obtain Your Consent

  • Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order.
  • Cloudinary, our media storage provider, for securely hosting order-related images and documents.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Our Site may contain links that take you away to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their own privacy policies.
